A Tanglewood copy of the iconic Les Paul shape. As many companies out there are also creating Les Paul copies it can be quite difficult to stand out from the crowd, Tanglewood are now standing head and shoulders above competitors with this well built and easy to play copy. Made from solid mahogany which produces a great tone, added with a mahogany set neck and rosewood fingerboard, makes this guitar sound as good as it looks, with it's flame maple veneer top - finished in midnight wine red. The pickguard and binding are both cream which contrasts nicely with the gloss finish of the guitar.
The controls are the same classic setup of two volume, two tone and three way selector switch. A large range of usable tones can be achieved from this setup, all components feel solid and smooth to switch or turn and the variation between neck and bridge pickups is great.
