Orders and Confirmation:
Orders may be placed by telephone or online at www.magpiemusic.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Magpie Music. Orders are not accepted by Magpie Music until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.
In order for Magpie Music to provide our Customers with prompt service; we request that you provide us with your correct contact details at all times when placing orders, or when contacting Magpie Music Online and Magpie Music Store.
Prices and Payment:
The prices and products advertised on this site are for sales from this website only. Prices and product availability may vary between Magpie Music store and this website due to our different customer offers.
Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include tuning, delivery and transit insurance. The delivery price for goods and the applicable insurance surcharge for the goods in transit will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Except for print orders which we are able to fit in an available letter or PO box, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
In Magpie Music store We accept VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Additional processing time is required for Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit.
In the Magpie Music online store we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or Bank Deposit
Availability and Delivery:
The following products are generally in stock and available to ship to the customer within days of receipt of order and payment:
• Pianos, keyboards and musical instruments.
• Strings, sticks and accessories can, on occasion be temporarily out of stock. Certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. A representative of Magpie Music will contact you with an estimated delivery time in this case. You can then decide to proceed with your order or be granted a full refund.
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way.
Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate.
Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.
Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Magpie Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.
